The minimum system requirements for Return of Arcade are:

- A personal computer with a 486 DX66 or faster processor.

- 8 MB RAM

- Microsoft Windows 95 Operating System.

- Local bus SVGA video 256 colors.

- 11 MB of available hard disk space (6 MB after install).

- Sound card plus speakers or headphones required to hear sounds.

- Mouse or compatible pointing device.

- Joystick recommended.

The minimum system requirements for Return of Arcade: Anniversary Edition are the
same as Return of Arcade 1.0, except for the following:

- Windows 95, Microsoft Windows 98, Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me),
  or Microsoft Windows XP operating system.

- 4x speed or faster CD-ROM drive.
