SYMPTOMS
========
When you attempt to open a bulletin board (BBS) on MSN, The Microsoft Network,
you may receive the following error message:
Navigator Not Found. A file needed to complete this task is missing or
corrupted. Please reinstall The Microsoft Network. To do so, look up
Add/Remove Programs in the Help index.
CAUSE
=====
This message can occur if Eudora Pro version 2.2 is installed on your computer
with Eudora Pro set up to use the Eudora MAPI Server when it is running.
RESOLUTION
==========
To work around this problem, set the Eudora MAPI Server option to "Never" before
you connect to MSN.
