SYMPTOMS
========
When you change views in Encarta for the Macintosh, from Main to Main Outline,
the window may not update correctly. The image may double or truncate.
CAUSE
=====
When changing views, Encarta does not update the location of the video properly
to reflect the new position of items in the window. As a result, the video
doubles or truncates.
RESOLUTION
==========
There is no resolution to this problem.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Encarta 1995 and Encarta
Encyclopedia 1996 editions for the Macintosh.
This problem has been corrected in the Encarta Encyclopedia for the Macintosh
1997 edition.
