SYMPTOMS

Your member ID may appear twice in a chat member list. Your member ID may also
remain in the member list after you close a chat room.
CAUSE
=====
You may still be logged into the chat room, or the chat room may have been
entered twice.
RESOLUTION
==========
Close one instance of the chat room, or restart the computer and re-enter the
chat room.
