SYMPTOMS
========

When you use the right mouse button to click an object in MSN, The Microsoft
Network, the context menu may appear and then disappear before you can click a
command.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if you have installed XMouse, which is part of the
PowerToys software.


RESOLUTION
==========

Remove the XMouse software.
