SYMPTOMS
========
When you choose to Remove All of the Microsoft Exchange client, any forms that
have been installed will not be removed.

Choosing to Remove All of the Microsoft Exchange client will not remove any
forms that have been installed. These forms can be found in the
\\<System>\Forms directory.
However, reinstalling the client will remove these forms.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange version 4.0.
We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the
