SYMPTOMS
========

When you use the Covey Seven Habits Tools, the Sampler Index on the Wisdom tab
may be blank.

NOTE: The Sample Index lists the contents of the SAMPLE1.CLW file included with
Schedule+.

CAUSE
=====

If the SAMPLE1.CLW file is not located in the same directory where Schedule+ is
installed, the Sample Index will be blank.

WORKAROUND
==========

To see the topics in the Sample Index, locate the SAMPLEL1.CLW file on your hard
drive. If you are unable to locate this file , the original can be expanded or
extracted from your setup disk to the directory where Schedule+ is installed.
