SYMPTOMS
========

When you click on one of the popups that list the rating, availability, color,
or running time of a movie, the popup does not display.

CAUSE
=====

Cinemania 1996 Online Update articles do not have active popups for these movie
facts.

These movie facts popups only work with the Cinemania 1996 compact disc edition.
For example, if you click on the Color icon, a popup tells you if the film is in
color or black and white.

RESOLUTION
==========

There is no resolution.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Cinemania for Windows,
1996 edition. We are researching this problem and will post new information here
in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
