SYMPTOMS
========
You cannot find a PUT command in Internet Explorer. You can successfully
download files using the FTP option from Internet Explorer, but you cannot
upload files to a remote FTP server.
CAUSE
=====
Internet Explorer, like many other Web browsers, does not currently have FTP PUT
capability.
RESOLUTION
==========
Use a standard FTP program to write files to a remote FTP server.
