SYMPTOMS
========

If you change your Windows NT version 3.51 keyboard layout to United Kingdom,
when the Caps Lock key is on and you type a "Right-ALT + Vowel" keyboard
combination, you get an upper case accented vowel. However, after you install
Service Pack 2, you get an lower case accented vowel.

RESOLUTION
==========

This problem has been corrected in the latest Service Pack for Windows NT
version 3.51.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51. This
problem was corrected in the latest Windows NT 3.51 U.S. Service Pack. For
