SYMPTOMS

When starting the programs listed at the top of this article, you may receive
the following error message:

  Model Read Hose

RESOLUTION
==========

To end this error message, remove the compact disc from the disc caddy and
carefully clean the shiny underside of the disc with a soft cloth.

If the error message continues after cleaning, you may need to order a
replacement compact disc.
