SYMPTOMS
========

After you install Bookshelf, the Excel for Windows 95 version 7.0 Add-Ins
Available dialog box lists "bshxl" (without the quotes) as one of the installed
items, but the Update Add-In Links dialog box displaying a description is blank.

RESOLUTION
==========

There is no resolution to this problem.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Bookshelf '95 for
Windows 95 and Bookshelf '96-'97 for Windows. We are researching this problem
and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes
available.
