MORE INFORMATION
================
This problem has primarily been reported on Risc platforms. One way to
demonstrate the problem on an Intel platform is to follow these steps:
1. Using a default AppWizard-generated application, set a breakpoint in the
OnAppAbout() message handler.
2. Start debugging by pressing F5.
3. Make sure you have the Debug toolbar visible and floating.
4. Minimize Visual C++.
5. On your application's Help menu, click About. When Visual C++ is restored the
Debug toolbar will not be visible.
