SYMPTOMS
========

When you use a screen resolution higher than 640 x 480 and select an image from
the Picture Gallery to use as your wallpaper, the image occupies the upper left
portion of the screen only.

CAUSE
=====

The problem occurs when the Display setting have not been set as described
below.

RESOLUTION
==========

To properly center the image on the screen:

1. Click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

2. Double-click the Display icon.

3. On the Background tab, click the desired wallpaper. For example, if you are
  using Microsoft Dogs, click Msdogs.

4. Click the Center button.

5. Click Apply, and then click OK.

The wallpaper image is now properly centered on the screen.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the programs listed at the top
of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
