SYMPTOMS
========

When you view and print maps with phone codes and ZIP codes, the codes look
corrupted. The corruption is seen in the last three digits of the Phone Code and
the last two digits of the Zip Code.

This occurs when you select all the following options in the Map Display Options
section:

- Phone Codes

- Zip Codes

- Quick draw setting

RESOLUTION
==========

To end the corruption problems, do the following:

1. On the Map menu in Automap, click Options.

2. Click the Drawing tab.

3. Select Regular or Enhanced.

4. Click OK

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Automap Streets version 4.0 for
Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
