current.

If you do sign up for MSN using older software, you see the First Time User
Experience titles the first time you connect to MSN. You can operate on MSN as
well as the older software permits. The older software may operate poorly or not
at all.

The second time you connect to MSN, you receive a prompt to upgrade your software
version. You must upgrade to be able to connect to MSN.
