SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to print selected text from any of the programs listed above,
the complete article prints.

RESOLUTION
==========

To print selected text that is, part of an article only:

1. Select the text you want to print.

2. On the Edit menu, click Copy.

3. Start a word processing program such as Microsoft Word.

4. On the Edit menu, click Paste. The information you copied will be pasted into
  the word processing program.

5. To print the partial article, click Print on the File menu.


STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the programs listed at the top
of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
