SYMPTOMS
========

Your mouse pointer may not be available in the Creative Writer Writing Studio or
Fine Artist Painting Studio in Windows if more than one mouse driver is loading.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, remove the extra mouse driver. To do this, follow these
steps:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

2. Double-click System, and then click the Device Manager tab.

3. Double-click the Mouse branch to expand it.

4. Click the incorrect or unused driver below Mouse, and then click Remove.

5. Click OK, and then close Control Panel.
