SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to play the music media for "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari--
1919," in the Expressionism topical article, you receive the following error
message:
MMSYSTEM281 This file could not be played. Check the filename or install a
driver that supports this type of file.
CAUSE
=====
This problem occurs because the program is attempting to play a bitmap (.bmp)
file.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Cinemania version
1. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
