SYMPTOMS
========
If you set your video configuration to VGA and 16 colors, the background color
of an Excel spreadsheet changes intermittently when you scroll up or down.
WORKAROUND
==========
To work around this problem, do one of the following:
- change the video configuration to a greater color depth such as 246- color
mode.
-or-
- Upgrade to Excel for Windows 95, version 7.0.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.5 and 3.51.
We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the
