SYMPTOMS
========
If you want to print a Bookshelf article that is several pages long, the Print
Range option for multiple pages is not available.
RESOLUTION
==========
Copy and paste the article into a word processing program such as WordPad or
Word for Windows:
1. On the Edit menu click Copy.
2. Switch to the word processing program of your choice and paste the text.
For example, if you are using Word for Windows, click Paste on the Edit menu.
Word for Windows allows you to print multiple pages if more than one page of
text is contained in the article.
