SYMPTOMS
========

After you start one of the programs listed at the top of this article, if you
press and release the ALT key and then press the SPACEBAR, the Control menu
fails to drop down.

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, press ALT+SPACEBAR (that is, press and hold down
ALT while you press the SPACEBAR) to cause the Control menu to drop down.

NOTE: In Cinemania, ALT+SPACEBAR does not activate the Control menu while you are
in the Find box. Press ALT, SPACEBAR to activate it.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the above named products. We are
researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
