SYMPTOMS
========

After you install File and Print Services for NetWare (FPNW) from the CD-ROM
disc and attempt to run the Migration Tool for NetWare (NWCONV.EXE), the
following error message appears:

  There is no disk in Drive. Please insert a disk into Drive <CD-ROM
  drive>:

where <CD-ROM drive> is the CD-ROM drive used to install FPNW.

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, choose Ignore or Abort several times until the
error message does not appear.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Migration Tool for NetWare.
We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
