SUMMARY

When you click the Julia Child or Encarta title bar with your right mouse
button, the control menu is not activated.
RESOLUTION
==========
To open the control menu, follow these steps:
1. For Julia Child, move your mouse cursor over the down arrow located on the
left side of the title bar.
For Encarta, move your mouse over the Encarta symbol on the left side of the
title bar.
2. The control menu automatically slides open.
