When installing Mastering Visual Basic 4.0, you may receive the error message:
Setup not completed successfully.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Mastering Visual Basic. We are

RESOLUTION
==========
Mastering Visual Basic 1.0 may already be running on the system. Close the Setup
screen product before running Setup a second time.
