SYMPTOMS
========

When the mouse cursor is positioned over the text in an article and the PAGE
DOWN key is used to scroll text instead of the mouse, the mouse cursor symbol
sometimes turns into a hand cursor even though the cursor is not over text Hot
Text.


STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the 1995 edition of Complete
Baseball Guide. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
