SYMPTOMS

The Encarta Gallery or Mindmaze game fails to start.

CAUSE
=====

The Encarta Gallery and Mindmaze game require a minimum of approximately 500K of
conventional memory.

RESOLUTION
==========

Free up more conventional memory.
