SYMPTOMS
========

The setup program for Visual FoxPro 3.0 does not function properly when running
on a computer with the following characteristics:

- The operating system is Windows for Workgroups version 3.11.

- 32-bit file access is on.

- The computer has a Seagate enhanced drive (ST-31220A).

- The EZ-Drive Utility program is installed. This program is used to support
  hard drives that are larger than 504MB.

WORKAROUND
==========

Disable 32-bit file access in Windows for Workgroups.

======

Microsoft is researching this behavior and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
