SYMPTOMS

- When you try to print in landscape mode on the Xerox 4700II color printer,
you receive portrait output.

- You receive the following error message when you print to the Xerox 4700II
color printer:

CAUSE
=====
Windows 95 does not support the Xerox 4700II color printer.
The error message stated above occurs if you use the QMS 100 model 30 printer
driver with this Xerox printer.
RESOLUTION
==========
Xerox provides drivers for this printer for previous versions of Windows, but
these drivers must be updated to be compatible with Windows 95. You may want to
contact Xerox to inquire about the possibility of obtaining updated drivers.
