SYMPTOMS
========

When you run NET DIAG using the NET.EXE file included on the Windows NT 3.51
Server CD in the \CLIENTS\WFW\UPDATE and NETSETUP directories, the output is in
French.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51. We are
researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes
available.
