SYMPTOMS
========

The wallpaper feature of Scenes 2.0 does not work when Scenes 2.0 is run under
Windows NT 3.5 with the US Service Pack 2 installed. Clicking the Wallpaper
check box on the Scenes main screen does not change the wallpaper. Also,
choosing a different wallpaper picture in the Choose Wallpaper dialog box does
not change the wallpaper.

RESOLUTION
==========

The only known resolution is to upgrade the affected system to Windows NT 3.51.
The problem does not occur on systems running Windows NT 3.1 or 3.5, Windows NT
3.5 with US Service Pack 1, or Windows NT 3.51.
