SYMPTOMS
========

If you cut a region in a Paint image that you select with the Free-Form Select
tool while you are zoomed in, the wrong region is cut.

RESOLUTION
==========

Use the regular Select tool while you are zoomed in, or zoom back out to use the
Free-Form Select tool.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 95. We are
researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
