SYMPTOMS
========

If you use the right mouse button to click the taskbar and then click Tile
Horizontally while Paint is open, part of the Paint window may be off the
screen.

CAUSE
=====

The Paint window has a minimum size. The window cannot be narrower than the
width of the color palette or shorter than the height of the toolbar. These
minimum sizes are adhered to even when the window is tiled.

RESOLUTION
==========

Move and size the window until you can see the entire window.
