SYMPTOMS
========


If you open Systems Management Server Service Manager, select one of the
Executive Component services, and choose the Pause button, the status of the
service does not change.


CAUSE
=====

Systems Management Server Service Manager is unable to pause Executive Component
services.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server
version 1.1. We are researching this problem and will post new information in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
