SYMPTOMS
========
If Microsoft Bookshelf is started after you select a word from Word Perfect
version 3.1, Microsoft Bookshelf does not find the selected word in any of its
books.
RESOLUTION
==========
Before you start Bookshelf, copy the word from Word Perfect. To copy the word
from Word Perfect, do the following:
1. Open the Word Perfect document.
2. Select the word you want to look up in Bookshelf.
3. Choose Copy from the Edit menu.
4. Start Microsoft Bookshelf from the Quickshelf Menu.
Bookshelf locates the word you have selected and copied from Word Perfect.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Bookshelf version 1995. We are
