SYMPTOMS
========

If you arrange the icons in the Dial-Up Networking folder, the next time you
open the folder, the icons are rearranged.

CAUSE
=====

The Dial-Up Networking folder automatically arranges its icons when you open the
folder.

STATUS
======

This behavior is by design.

Although you cannot specify the placement of icons in the Dial-Up Networking
folder, you can specify the order in which the connectoid icons are arranged.
