SYMPTOMS

When you open a bulletin board (BBS), the number of messages listed in the
status bar may be incorrect. The number shown may even be a negative number.

MORE INFORMATION
================

This problem occurs erratically. The next time you enter the BBS, the number of
messages may be correct or may be a different incorrect number.
