SYMPTOMS
========

In a bulletin board (BBS), the Show All Messages option on the Tools menu may be
unavailable.

CAUSE
=====

The forum manager for that BBS has set the option to always show all messages.
When this option is set, you cannot change it.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
