SUMMARY
=======
This article describes how to find a file in Windows 95/98.
MORE INFORMATION
================
To find a file in Windows 95/98, do the following:
1. Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files and Folders.
2. In the Named box, type the name of the file you want to find.
3. In the Look In box, select the name of the hard drive or connected resource
you want to search. If you want to search all connected resources, including
your hard drive, select My Computer.
4. Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked.
5. Click Find Now.
Additional Find Features
------------------------
You can search for more than one file at a time by separating each file name with
a space. If the name of the file contains at least one space, enclose each file
name within quotation marks.
The Date Modified tab and the Advanced tab contain additional, more selective
search features.
For more information about how to use these features, please see your Windows
online Help.
