This article describes the procedure for removing Microsoft Scenes 2.0 from your
computer.

To remove Microsoft Scenes 2.0 from your computer, follow these steps:

1. Delete the Microsoft Scenes folder (usually, C:\Scenes).

2. Delete the following files from the Windows folder (usually C:\Windows):

  Msscenes.scr
  Msscmn.dll
  Scenes2.ini

3. Delete the following files from the Windows System directory (usually
  C:\Windows\System):

  Ctl3dv2.dll
  Pcdlib.dll

  NOTE: The Pcdlib.Dll and Ctl3d2.Dll files may be required by applications
  other than Scenes 2.0. Please use discretion when deleting any Windows shared
  resource file.

4. Delete the Microsoft Scenes program group.
