SYMPTOMS

Wordscan Plus version 4.0 does not perform optical character recognition (OCR)
after scanning in a test page bitmap.

CAUSE
=====

Wordscan Plus 4.0 OCR is incompatible with Windows 95.

This situation is most likely caused by design changes in Windows 95. Microsoft
has confirmed that it is not caused by a problem in Windows 95.
