SYMPTOMS
========

As you scroll the Dictionary of Quotations in Microsoft Bookshelf for the
Macintosh, 1995 edition, you may receive the following error message:

  The application "unknown" has unexpectedly quit because an error of type 15
  occurred.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Bookshelf 1995 edition for the
Macintosh. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

RESOLUTION
==========

To avoid the error message, click the scroll bar button strip to page through
the list. Do not click the scroll bar arrows.
