SYMPTOMS
========

The active program window in Microsoft Dogs is broken into multiple 1-inch
strips spread vertically on the screen. The area between the strips is the
background desktop.

This occurs with the Radius Multiview/PC Pivot video card installed and
configured for display resolutions greater than 640x480.

STATUS
======

The Radius Multiview/PC Pivot video card uses the video driver RAD640HP.DRV. The
Radius video card has been discontinued.

RESOLUTION
==========

Configure your video card to display 640x480 resolution. For more information

documentation or online help.
