SYMPTOMS
========

When you click the Go Back To Encarta button in Animation Launcher, the computer
attempts to start Microsoft Encarta 1994 edition instead of returning to Encarta
1995.

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, use either of the following methods:

Method 1
--------

Do not use the Go Back To Encarta button. When you want to return to Encarta
1995, exit Animation Launcher and double-click the Encarta 1995 icon to start
the program.

-or-

Method 2
--------

Find the following files in your Encarta 1994 folder and remove them from the
computer:

- Encarta Projector

- PlayAnim

- Animation Player

MORE INFORMATION
================

If both the 1994 and 1995 editions of Encarta are installed, the Go Back To
Encarta Button always makes the computer attempt to start Encarta 1994.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem Encarta for the Macintosh. We are
researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
