SYMPTOMS
========

When you jump to the end of a large (4 MB or larger) Rich Text Format (RTF) file
in WordPad with the CTRL+END key combination, WordPad may stop responding
(hang).

RESOLUTION
==========

Use the scroll bar or PAGE DOWN key to move to the end of the file, or use a
full-featured word-processing program (such as Word for Windows) to edit the
file.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 95. We are
researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
