SUMMARY
=======

Microsoft Bookshelf audio clips do not rewind automatically when they finish
playing.

MORE INFORMATION
================

Bookshelf audio clips in Windows 3.x or Windows for Workgroups 3.1x will not
automatically rewind when they are finished playing. Audio clips do not include
videos (AVI's) or animations.

NOTE: Audio clips, videos and animations rewind correctly in Windows 95.

WORKAROUND
==========

To rewind the audio clip, choose the Stop or Play button when the clip finishes.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with programs listed at the top of
this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here
in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
