SYMPTOMS
========
An application written in Microsoft Visual Basic version 3.0 may dynamically
change its icon while the application is running in Windows or Windows for
Workgroups version 3.x. The same application running in Windows 95 does not
change its icon.
CAUSE
=====
This feature does not work in Windows 95.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 95. We are
researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
