SYMPTOMS
========

When you use The Ultimate Robot with Apple's At Ease program, Ultimate Robot may
attempt to start, but immediately shuts down.

RESOLUTION
==========

Use the following steps to set up the Ultimate Robot with At Ease:

1. Open At Ease Setup.

2. Select a User and click Open.

3. After you make your choices, click Open User. Click Next.

4. Choose Find Items.

5. In the Name Contains box, type "Asimov's Ultimate Robot" (without the
  quotation marks).

6. From the Disk pop-up menu, click Asimov's Ultimate Robot CD.

7. In the Items Found On Disk box click the Asimov folder.

8. In the Asimov folder, click Asimov's Ultimate Robot.

9. Click Add. Click OK.

10. Complete user settings.

11. Quit At Ease Setup.

A button with a HyperCard stack icon appears on the At Ease Items tab. Click this
button to load Ultimate Robot.
