SYMPTOMS

Although the Windows NT 3.51 Generic / Text Only driver's user interface

graphics are printed.
Halftoning options are only relevant to graphics output, and should not be in the
Windows NT 3.51 Generic / Text Only driver user interface.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51. This
problem was corrected in Windows NT Workstation or Server version 4.0.
