SYMPTOMS
========

When you run Control Panel, choose Network, choose Bindings, select All
Components, disable a transport protocol binding, the protocol is still
displayed as bound to the network adapter when you select the protocol, select
Bindings again, and select the protocol in the Show Bindings For list box.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT versions 3.1 and 3.5.
We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available. This problem was corrected in
the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT Workstation or Server version 3.5.
